Stantec/MWH

Collaborating with the Stantec/MWH Creative Services Division and Technical Teams to develop and produce high-stakes qualifications, strategic proposals, and client presentations for major water infrastructure pursuits ranging from $1M to $100M+. By providing internal client management on complex pursuits, directing content development and graphic design to create data-driven proposal assets several strategic wins were achieved.

In partnering closely with national and regional leadership to shape team and position, by translating quantified outcomes into compelling win themes. Successful contributions included the Urban Regeneration (Vancouver, Canada), delivering pre-proposal messaging, client communications planning, and media relations, and MWDSC (Los Angeles, CA), managing proposal development for the design and operation of a demonstration facility for a recycled water program.

First Onsite Property Restoration

Collaborating across public relations, communications, and executive leadership teams to launch and establish a newly rebranded business within the property restoration sector, an integrated PR, media, and partnerships program was developed and executed to build visibility and market credibility. Through coordinated press releases and proactive media relations, the brand launch generated 71 media placements, establishing early momentum and awareness. High-profile sponsorships with organizations such as the Denver Chamber of Commerce and the National Western Stock Show further expanded reach and visibility within key markets.

By shaping market positioning through strategic partnerships and affiliations, including a high-profile collaboration with PGA Pro Mike Weir and engagement with leading industry associations, the organization was positioned as an emerging leader in the category. In parallel, a comprehensive thought leadership platform was developed for C-suite executives, translating expertise into podcasts, conference speaking engagements, bylined articles, sponsored content, and press interviews. This integrated, multi-channel approach elevated executive visibility and reinforced leadership positioning, contributing directly to increased brand recognition and sustained business growth.

Positioned Trio within the Denver metro area and surrounding communities as a specialized partner to residential homebuilders seeking model merchandising, staging, and custom home interior design services. Market entry and visibility were driven through focused digital marketing and business development efforts, including direct sales presentations to Sales and Marketing Directors, establishing credibility and awareness within the homebuilding sector.

By strengthening brand presence within the real estate development landscape, new client engagements were secured in the Downtown Denver infill market—projects that required a higher level of design sophistication aligned with emerging and evolving neighborhoods. To support sustained growth and referrals, a set of ongoing digital and direct marketing initiatives was implemented, including a quarterly email newsletter and a targeted direct mail program, maintaining visibility and reinforcing long-term relationships.

Santa Barbara Audubon Society

Oversaw all public relations, communications, content, and social media strategy for the Santa Barbara Audubon Society, shaping a cohesive public presence that advanced conservation education, community engagement, and organizational visibility. Communications efforts integrated storytelling, event promotion, and partnership amplification to connect mission-driven work with local and regional audiences.

In addition to content and media stewardship, managed event communications and on-the-ground representation, staffing and supporting partnership programs with organizations including the Santa Barbara Botanical Garden and Ganna Walska Lotusland.
