Maureen Russell collaborated with the Tunneling Lead Engineer on a “coffee table” style book published by the Underground Construction Association. Produced a rich, compelling story using the technical data and project descriptions provided. Historical projects included the construction of the Heche Heche Reservoir and Conveyance System and the first major tunnel project was dug under Lake Michigan in 1864.
